Today we reached the double digit mark! Erick and I have 99 days until we're married. Wow, that's soon. I've been getting ready, throwing out as much junk (that I've accumulated in my single years) that I can. I'm not really a pack-rat, just keep the nostalgic stuff, you know....
I can't believe I kept all of the Pat Green ticket stubs from college. Anyways, I don't want to bring all that into a marriage, so, out it goes! We're looking to live somewhere in Grapevine, maybe Colleyville. Erick's been looking a little here and there, but we'll probably lease someplace for a year or so.
Other planning updates:
- We're booking our reception site this weekend - we've decided on 8/25 for the big day!
- I'm getting my dress altered this weekend
- We have engagement photos scheduled for next weekend
- We've chosen a wedding planner to help with the reception
- We're booking a DJ next week
- We're meeting with a videographer this weekend
- We're finalizing the guest list this weekend
So I'd say that we're pretty much on track! God has really lead us in the right direction, I know it's because of Him that we've done so well so far. Keep praying for us!
It sounds like everything is coming together quickly! That is GREAT! Hooray! I'm excited!
