Today Erick and I are leaving for Las Vegas to see his birth father get married. Dan and Janette invited us to the wedding, it will be held outside the city at their beautiful Condo. We are excited to see it. Dan and Janette were very kind to open their home to us when we went to visit back in July. We'll be touring around on Friday and on Saturday night we'll attend the small wedding.
I feel like a slingshot lately. Since the Brazil trip in mid-October, I've been all over the place! What an awesome opportunity though, to see Boston last weekend, and now to go to Las Vegas! I'm thankful for these opportunities, I love to travel. I know I'll be glad for Thanksgiving time, when I'll just be home for a month straight, no traveling...until Christmas Day that is! I believe our family will be heading up to NM to visit our extended family.
The wedding should be absolutely gorgeous, I'll post pictures of our trip. Stay tuned!
So, would you be the slingshot itself or more just the shot? Either way, you should probably consider being a boomerang so you can make your way back to where you first started. :)
